WOD- 5km Run

Doing the interval sprints has really helped me build up my v02 max. Aside from my calves that felt tense (guess I hadn’t fully recovered from my lower body workout =[ ), the run itself was pretty easy.

We ran along the beach at night. It was really cool to see all the fireflies light up in the bushes along the trail. We also came across a skunk lol

Overall, it was a really good run. =]
